My career has never stayed inside a box and neither has my story. My writing style and approach do not follow the convention of how it’s “supposed to be done.” This means you don’t have to either.
My accounting background taught me to ask the questions that matter and find patterns. My craniosacral therapy work taught me how to hold space for vulnerable storytelling. More than a decade of ghostwriting for companies and individuals taught me how to connect to a voice and deliver a message to the intended reader.
I wrote my own memoir because I believed that sharing our real, honest stories is the best way to bring about positive societal change. Perhaps most importantly, though, I’ve experience the personal transformation, healing, and sense of fulfillment that writing a book can have on a person. I wish that for every author I work with.
